Imo, I see a lot of blue messages in Windia, but they are by different people. Some got lucky, and you can't tell how many cubes they're burning through to actually get their items to rank up. No offense to anyone, but that amount of NX spent on cubing makes me sad somehow... And even more so when they get little to nothing in return. Can't tell and will never know what the rates are as Nexon may just rig it as they'll just announce it with nothing changed just to get people to spend NX.

I managed to craft 18 cubes (9 Master craftsman's and 9 Meister) and used them all on this miracle time. Nothing ranked up, but I did get relevant stats on a few items. It might really be bad luck when it comes to ranking up. Honestly though, I think I had way better luck cubing things at my own pace (just going for relevant stats) with crafted cubes without miracle time. I manage to rank up several things using crafted cubes pretty often... At least for the record and on my own experience, I had several stuff rank from rare to unique usually within 10 crafted cubes for each tier per item. I have yet to actually get something to Legendary with the Meister cubes though.
