This is the response I got from my ticket.

"Let me begin by offering my most humble apologies for the delay in response.

I am sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue. I brought this issue to the attention of our game team and it took them some time to recreate the issue. After trying to pinpoint the reason of why the maple achievement events weren't working correctly, the tests came back inconclusive. Unfortunately as of right now we do not have an answer and are still looking into possible fixes. We thank you for your continued patience till we come up with a resolution. As for gifting you the medal. Unfortunately we can not create items to gift to players. I am sorry for any inconvenience this has given you.

AKA.... nothing will be done and this will be swept under the rug.

The fact that they actually answered and claimed to have tested it is more surprising.

Winter Survivor's an expiring title, not a medal.

Hmm, I got the title already, but I'm pretty certain that was from completion of one of the Achievements. I think it was the one for logging in 10 days of Attendance.

The Achievement tab shows yet another RED event medal as the reward for accomplishing everything.
