I think you're misunderstanding something in the files as according to a Korean player this is what was actually changed.
Notice:
An Issue which could train meteor strike by attacking Possessed Crumena is fixed.
Possessed Crumena was a type of Red Dragon which previously could be used to train Meteor Strike in Episode 2 of the drama which was apparently a bug :/
