Ooooh didn't know regular equips can get %ATT, that's interesting... seems you can get 2% ATT on armour/accessories at legendary. I doubt I'll have enough cubes to actually make that happen though, tier up rate for bonus pot cubes is atrocious
Since 2% is so low I think it'd probably be better to go for %stat, but landing on a %ATT line would probably be enough for me to call it quits.
