Began working on getting the whip and controller to have all three lines of relevant weapon potential (i.e. no %stat), and was very satisfied to reveal double 40% ignore:

It rivals the previous potential at the major physical-resistance bosses (0.486% decrease at Cygnus/Von Bon, 1.12% increase at Queen/Magnus, 6.43% increase at CPB), but provides a whopping 20% dps increase at Vellum.
Just have the controller left, but secondaries seem to have a larger pool of crappy potentials (e.g. the dreaded %chance to ignore %damage line), so that will be a challenge.
