I forget what patch it was, but in one of the RED patches, they accidentally added a bunch of throwing stars normally not easily obtained, infinite throwing stars/flame throwing stars and I think a few others. You were able to buy them at an unlimited amount, and they also NPCed for more than what they were being sold for in the store.
