I don't get it. What's the point of this? Do they really think "abusers" with 9000 accounts will somehow be limited by this smaller time window? Well, maybe, considering how glitchy the entire login process is, and more so during busier hours. But, as usual, the harm to innocent players who just happen to have other things to do on the weekend, is greater.
