You actually need that for iTCG crafting - the Winkel bow, but the only way to get it after they removed them from the droplists was a possible reward from a single, nonrepeatable Ludibrium quest.

Finally, I can upgrade my Zakum iTCG, as well as make the Bosshunter stuff. My gf and I bought 5 cases of iTCG (1 of each set) about a year and a half ago, and most of it's been sitting uselessly on mules since then.
