Every piece you'll get is a perm NX piece with a Valentine (read: pink/hearts/flowery) theme. While there are a few generic looking pink tops/hats, I'd say that there is a decent amount of "pretty" or "cool" looking equips. In BelloNova, items from the Valentine box are in stores for ~200-300m each, with chocolatier sticks at 1.5b. This is compared to most premium surprise style box items selling for 50-100m.
Note also that the box is only available until the 18th, so it's unlikely that the market will become saturated with Valentine items and similar items will probably not return until next year (like the Christmas items.... I still see beanies sold for 200-300m). Basically, I would definitely recommend buying the Valentine box over Premium Surprise Style Boxes.
