Well, looks like [MENTION=801]Jedward[/MENTION]; is right, judging from the above posts.
It seems like those that were able to get the "R.E.D." title are unable to get the "Remembering RED" medal and the members from the alliance worlds that were unable to get the title, can get the medal.
