Idk, why this thread seems very familiar to my first couple(douchey-self admited) posts in southperry(very similiar anti-southperry), but things i have learned since those post.
1. Southperry isn't all that bad, the mods are laxer than most websites out there(although, sometimes ill have to admit, there are times I am like, why didn't this get infracted, but its not my place to judge)
2. Southperry, on the most part, isn't Tyrannical at all, sure there are moments, where people are asked to drop a subject but thats mainly because it is causing argumentation and people to get angry/flustered at other users for no real good reason.
3. Sure there are people we dont like on this website, but for the most part you can actually ignore there post by using the ignore user button in profiles and stuff
4. Southperry is very friendly and welcoming to all, even if sometimes it doesn't seem so. We are all humans, making mistakes, but most of south perry tries to correct any misunderstandings on the most part.
5. Trust me, you don't want to be on the receiving end of [MENTION=4235]KhainiWest[/MENTION] 'Lawyer smack down' i have been on a receiving end on one of these,(I've also manage to give one or two), but on the most part, when he does these, he actually has a very valid/reasonable point that he is trying to get across.
Also just to comment on the f'aggot/pappayagot stuff, I don't find the first word offensive. English language evolves, its fluid and is constantly changing. It no longer means in reference to homosexuals. The 2nd word though, pappayagot i find more offensive than the first, but it is actually referencing homosexuals.
Same way the word 'N'igger' went from Ignorant>Black people> And now people are trying to change it to a dumb/stupid person. It also has the varient to mean as good friend, maybe because we can only be dumb/stupid in front of our good friends without being judged harshly c:
