Man what do y'all b'itches have as gym music. Britney always gets me through my toughest sets but I can't have Work B'itch on repeat.
I also really do not know whether I want to cut or bulk. I've made a lot of progress just keeping my weight constant (people have really noticed which feels good :3) but I think I'm past the point where I can keep doing that. I have an image of what I want to look like but I have no idea if I have the muscle to look like that when I cut, but I don't want to bulk unnecessarily since losing weight is hard and there's a psychological barrier towards me gaining it =[
