hey guys

I'm really surprised how anyone can consider Southperry's rules as strict. It's one of the most lenient forums I have ever been on. I've seen forums where your posts get deleted for mentioning any other sites or forums, and where the mods edit your posts to correct your grammar, or forums where will get banned for saying a swear word. (sure, Southperry has censors, but they are funny censors, and everyone knows what they mean, and you don't get in trouble for using them)

Literally the only issue I ever see here regarding the rules is the obscenity issue, and that has a valid excuse due to Google Adsense being a temperamental moody peach.

Sometimes I have no idea why you people complain about this site other than just because you like to whine.

I was honestly thinking exactly this while I was reading this thread. I was going to say it myself if I reached the end without someone having said it....but I guess you worded it better than I would have considering I tend to go longer than most attention spans (Not trying to insult anyone, I drone on and I know it).

I don't remember ever getting a single infraction or warning at any point in time. I might have, but I don't remember it and if I did it was clearly a forgettable offense. Most of the rules are common sense and the ones that aren't are completely due to Google's AdSense and therefore completely understandable.

Not really sure what the problem is here.
