Le board with only lack of rule "spam rule only rule not enforced"

So I ask, why is there a flooding rule. if I am in this said subforum, and have a 40 post long monolouge, who do I hurt? do I hurt the website? do I hurt the users? Am I doingsomething warrenting a ban? or is it, just control, for... control sake?

Idk Dice, I think the robots here are compelled to click a thread, and read everything, even though they aren't interested, and then peach about it, even though it doesn't concern them.
