Cannot agree with this more.
It'd also be very useful if we could see a list similar to the Known Issues one, but of issues that are currently being investigated. A lot of people get extremely frustrated with the bug reporting forum because once threads are posted they just seem to get ignored - I understand that generally it's because Nexon are reading them and trying to replicate them internally, but if we knew which bugs were already noted down, we could stop trying to draw attention to them. It'd just be a big time saver all around.
