Shortly after the limit was implemented it didn't even really matter because there were always 2-3 skills people could live without (Kaiser, Mercedes), but we're beginning to reach the point where we have to pick and choose between Link Skills that are actually quite good, and that should never have been an issue. If we put in the time and effort to level up the class, we should be able to use it.
