It does...every four scrolls.
I'll test a higher level shield soon,but it's probably the same edit:yep the same thing and only +1 matk too.
"The amount and success rate is dependent on level range" and I'll have to say no to this it's always 100%,70%,30%,15% the amount of stats does vary on the level though.
