MysteryMask posted she's looking into it on the Nexon forums so the RED Thank You event will presumably be fixed at a later date. Hopefully not too late that we miss out on the rewards.
I'm not sure that it'd even require a server check to fix though? Either way, it's still something they're trying to resolve.
