I train there, and find it better than Evo at lower levels. You are also able to bring HS+Kanna there as well. I got 105-120 there in about 1.5 hrs of 1x exp with Kanna and HS.
It's really a great map, and not many people know about it. The kills we're giving me a way better exp/hp ratio than evo was.
It's not a bad map to party in, either.
I looked into this before recording. I found that a major downfall to that map are the staircases that prevent ranged attacks from reaching targets.
