A change to the scrolling system that positively impacts the unfunded. I'm really happy about this.
It kinda sucked just getting like 1 star on my equipment and then being too afraid to go any further, because I wasn't willing to spend nearly $10 on a scroll.
I mean it isn't 15 stars, but 8 stars on my Tyrant Cape would help me immensely.
But... if 8 stars becomes the new norm, then 8 stars isn't that much of benefit anymore as it was before, right?
Making you relatively as strong/weak as you were before compared to others, cause everyone gets the same boost?
Edit:
Actually it's different with Tyrants cause they still got a max of 15 stars. Making the max stars unfunded can get higher, while the funded still got the same max amount of stars they can get.
