And i notice that if u chain
Typhoon > Thunderbolt or Annihilate > Typhoon, the animation is super fast it even overlaps each other.
But when you continue the chain after the 2nd typhoon, the speed drops significantly.
So because of this, is it better to :
1) Typhoon > Thunderbolt > Typhoon > pause > Typhoon > Thunderbolt > Typhoon
or 2) Just continue the chain, Typhoon > Thunderbolt > Typhoon > Thunderbolt > Typhoon > Thunderbolt, even though the drop in speed.
Here's a video :

There are three delays, one determining when you can reuse a skill consecutively (spam delay), one for chaining to a different skill (chain delay), and one for determining when you can use a different skill that you cannot chain to (regular delay). It appears there is a bug here though, as having a spam delay would completely prevent the fast combo of Typhoon -> Skill A -> Typhoon. Does using a different skill after the second Typhoon result in the same low speed? i.e. Typhoon -> Thunderbolt -> Typhoon -> Annihilate? Does this happen when chaining any other skills, or does it only happen when you chain with Typhoon? i.e. Thunderbolt + Shark Kick?
From the looks of things, the chain delays aren't being applied correctly when you try spamming them more than once, but there does appear to be some reduction, judging by the first video. Since it's acting like this, I would recommend just using Typhoon as a buff.

Pathologiz; I think chain delays are glitched in MapleSEA. It seems like there's no delay decrease when alternating Typhoon with Thunderbolt. That combo is significantly faster in GMS.
It is the case for other skills that their spam delays do not change with weapon speed. It does not appear that Typhoon has a spam delay though.
