I assume the first line was a typo and you mean doesn't trigger it. I did mention inventory without max expansions. I'll add more details to my next ticket. They probably just filled up the inventory and when nothing happened, they called it a day.... Nexon won't be any more open. You have to ram ideas and pleads to them until they fix this.

Try to tell them to proceed tersting in that way. Make them have inventory bags used up too. Herbalism/mining/PQ, up to 4 of them in total, and then a coin purse. Also chair and title bags. With expanded inventories. Tell them to make sure about all that.

If that won't trigger, add medals to the collection, mounts, and the likes. If that STILL doesn't trigger it, add monster book cards to the mix. Or mix the steps. Ah, and make sure they are FULLY equipped. Including pocket, TOTEMS, android, rings... And maybe even cash shop as overkill.

Remember to tell them too, that it goes by phases, and that triggering phase 1 is good enough progress.

I'm telling you, because they seem to be listening to you right now. If we manage to get some results from them, this'll be a sucess, finally!

Okay since they say that they cannot replicate the problem with just inventory slots, and most of us here have the problems on our main. Was anybody else a collector of sort? We all had link skills which also affected the "count". I know I had 142 medals, 44 mounts and less than 20 quests in available/progress.

I had over 100 medals, less than 10 mounts, all of the possible monster book cards except empress and pals, and, of course, craploads of useless items on my inventory.

Most people over here are, in fact. It's mostly probable that it does have a link.
