I just knew this would eventually happen.
It's going to affect a lot of people soon. And what's better, those lots are long time runners. And that means people who pay. Ignoring the problem is just making the snowball bigger and bigger.
The best steps I've seen to avoid this is... Basically, don't have too much stuff.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to spend NX, sadly, because cash items seem to weigh more towards the limit, and could set you locked at phase 3-b without even noticing.
And who knows if your stuff will expire by when they fix it...
