funny enough, I've actually tried my hardest to include those, and ended up also including illegitimate names. I reckon it balances out, though I can't really be sure of course.
On a scale of 1 to 10 how stringent do you want me to set my filter criteria?
well right now I'm running my preliminary analysis and conditioning, and I must say I'm seeing a very large amount of what are obviously alts. chain-banned, probably.
