After the s/c today, we should be completely free from duped 15 star Tyrants, etc and it should be save to buy anything in the fm?

of course not ALL. that much should be obvious, since Ruin3d already admitted to not being able to find every culprit.
Therefore, since not ALL are found, there will be some left overs not deleted. The smart ones won't brag about it.
A handful of players in ymck actually have legit 15-star tyrants.

I think nexon should (is) hold(ing) back the list of "people found guilty of" hacker/duper/abuser until their official announcement that "ALL" of the guilty people are now punished.
