currently being widely abused, is the +41 party glitch, where you fill a bonus exp monster map party with low levels, and get all of the bonus for yourself. "Afkers" will get zero exp. technically, it is "not intended use" meaning "reviewable by ban committee", and via InmateSearch, is being allowed since his ban reversal. most of the top 5, top 10 players in ymck abuse this +41 exploit.
