Her: "Thanks so much, but I can probably drop it off, are you at the annapolis office?"
Me: "Yes if you drop it off, I can actually scan it in and give you the documents back if you're willing to wait."
Her: "Oh that's awesome, I'm currently on "my" road, where do I go from here?"
Me: "I'm sorry I missed that, what road -doodles on a print out of her information"
Her: "My road, it's right by the mall, how do I get to church circle from here"
Me: "I'm not familiar with a m--
