Hmm, an extra 290 magic attack, but losing 60% boss from SW or Fafnir (set effect + weapons stats). I imagine Alicia's staff would be better in most cases with the same pot, but it's completely untradable is probably obtained similarly to Liberated Kaiserium. With 300% total + boss and 1000 m attack before %m attack, Another 290 m attack would increase damage by about 29% while another 60% boss and 50 m attack would only increase damage by about 20%. The difference in DPS between the two would only be about 7.5%, though. Probably not worth the effort obtaining, scrolling, and cubing Alicia's staff if you already have a perfect staff.
