My Poison Staff (103) - Self-scrolled with 7 60%'s

Damage-wise, I can hit up to 11K normal and 16K on elemental-weak with Paralyze. For Meteo.....need better dmg (need the Level 103 Fire Staff), so Im not bothering to post it. That's how bad it is.
