Went to the gym and holy HELL is it busy. Thankfully, all the cardio machines are taken and not many are using the weights. Why? I don't really know. But I'll take it.
So these are the new years resolutioners, eh? They do cardio for a couple of weeks, notice no real results or strength gains from it and quit.
