There was a person in my class who used powdered creatine and drank muscle milk at the same time and he's fine. I think that his problem primarily would be the fact that he keeps on working out inner biceps every single time; so much that now he walks around like he's a psychiatric patient.
Perhaps the biggest concern would be when you're 40 and you wonder whether all the additives you've been using will cause heart palpitations. The truth is no one knows. But a lot of people don't want to take the initial risk.
All in all I'll think you'll be fine. As long as you're not in your 30s and you continue using additives.
Creatine is banned from NCAA as well.
Muscle Milk is expensive for the meh amount of protein it gives you. Also been told it tends to make your stomach hurt after awhile (assuming you're talking about the pre-mixed). I'd rather invest in GNC Pro Performance Wheybolic 60.
