I've heard of this game a couple of times, and may want to get it (to take my mind off Maple)

1. Is this a F2P game?
2. How do dual jobs work? I'm a tad confused.
3. Is this a click and go like DN or button Masher like Maple?
4. Are the specs needed for normal gameplay high?
