The CEO definitely wants the game to be better. But not everything goes as planned in real life. I'm sure anyone who has worked in a team environment before will have experienced times where things just don't go according to plan, or where that task/project you've been assigned always gets placed on hold because something more pressing always seems to pop up--which isn't always within your control.
