Hm, something like 2 lines of %boss and one line of %DEX/%ATT might be better, but I'd spend my money on something else.
Gonna assume you'll be fighting bosses only, so %TD is equal to %boss.
It'll end up being 62% boss (20% boss neb, idk I don't play GMS) and 9% att, and if you'd recube I'm gonna assume you'd shoot for 80% (30/30 on legendary seems fair to me). This means it'll be 18% boss versus 12% att. As said here 12% attack is much better, although phantoms with their cross cut chain have an absolutely ridiculous amount of %TD. With the many sources of %TD and %boss you have enough to choose 12% attack over 18% boss.
tl;dr att% is probably better and if you are willing to pay till you get 60% boss 9% att or something on the normal pot then go for it but this pot is probably better than just 60% boss on normal pot.
