RED update thoughts and feedback

Every time another good time limited title comes out I regret not getting the Avenger title on my Dual Blade when we had PvP that 5% PDR would've been much nicer than +3 all stats ._.

I have that on my Mihile that I never use. Unfortunately I didn't know I'd be maining a WA in the future.
