Does anyone know if Nexon's currently on holidays?

I'd gladly lose some progress on my characters so abusers can lose their items and people can get banned. (even if its only 10% of the people involved ._.)

I just don't want this pall of 'everything i do now is pointless' over this game any longer zzz
