I'm guessing it's probably something Nexon KR have decided and Nexon NA can't change it, mostly because Waltzing/etc are well aware that it is a horrible design, and rather than not wanting to change it, they seem unable.

Fairly sure these bonus pot cubes ('Super carved slot') have the same rank up chance as the old Super Miracle cubes did. They seem to have a semi easy chance to rank up to epic, pretty rarely to unique and abysmally to legendary.
