Try Puck. Considering that your (Assumed) favourite champion is fizz it would seem like the most similar hero(Being incredibly hard to kill, high mobility and high kill potential).
For now you can probably stick to the recommended item builds, but if you go into user-made guides and just use the best rated hero guide you'll be getting a lot further(Valve's recomended items are sometimes ass and sometimes okay, the players have a better idea of what kind of situational and core items that exist for heroes)
