Hacked Items

He's basically saying that this "issue" is being blown out of proportion and that all of the white scrolls that had been duped are basically either gone or in storage. Plus nexon had like an all out attack on the players who duped and bought duped items so many of the illegit items are gone.

Anyway, items looted by a hacker are not illegit, the person who obtained them are the illegit ones. Once the item is sold, its just an item. But if the item was created with duped scrolls or it itself is duped, apparently there's something about it that's detectable by nexon.
