1) No idea, I don't play GMS
2) No, Cygni don't get an emblem. There'll be an emblem that works for all classes from some new content though, I believe the new PvP system or something.
3) Emblems can't get %boss as far as I know so I wouldn't bother making another secondary weapon and use that emblem to get %att instead.
