Hacked Items

Well my point was that you mentioned many moral issues that are backed by the TOS, but buying items from a shop that might be hacked isn't against the rules because nexon can't hold people responsible for buying something that they didn't realize was not legit. I do however recall the duped white scroll incident, and that in fact was obvious to nearly everyone and was bannable because those scrolls were not just obtained by tainted people, they were created by tainted methods (people did get banned). What nexon isn't doing is fixing the root of all of these problems, which is to keep gameguard updated enough to prevent mass hacking.
