RED update thoughts and feedback

so for the hottime event on saturday... the wording is a bit confusing.

does that mean zero only gets the bottom 3, or do they get everything? trying to figure out which character to log on to redeem it.

what's the confusion here? everyone includes zero? i mean zero players are people too... and non-zero players don't get the bottom 3. it's really not difficult to understand at all.
