There's alot of contriversy about this in Mardia due to one of our higher level's has a perfect rab. He is a good friend of mine so I wont meantion any names and I would prefer others not to meantion it if they know about it. But yes he has a perfect rab people say it is a duped item and that he bought it from a hacker knowing full well it was a duped item. I can't say I think he should of bought the rab but he attained it legitly with his own meso's he's gotten to a high level by training his character legitly. Yes, I do think we should frown on him for buying it. But I don't think having that item make's him illegit. Some other's would argue otherwise but I think it is just somthing we should frown on like leeching. We also have a perfect scanda in mardia that was legitly scrolled yay!
