You can't soft reset pokemon bank you sillybilly. It appears in your bank when you start using it.

maybe you could get away with it if you reset your 3DS completely to factory settings, but that'll take 10+minutes each time. So good luck. (And this would delete any purchases you've made on the eshop too, permanently)

Eww, I was hoping to soft reset for decent IV and nature.

According to Serebii, it is level 10, with the moves Recover, Heal Bell, Hold Back (a new move which is similar to False Swipe, probably a special version of it) and Safeguard

I wonder if I can breed it onto other things using Smeargle chains.
