That stage is based off of Yoshi's Story, not Yoshi's Island.
That or it's supposed to look like the upcoming Yarn Yoshi game. I wouldn't be surprised if some of t hose textures are stolen straight from it.
Either way, it's still not a Yoshi's Island stage :/
