[Complete 7:00 AM Pacific] Scheduled Game Update - December 17, 2013

I seem to be unable to start up the game. I get the 'Another copy of MapleStory is already running' error. I've tried to re-install and re-boot my computer. Is anyone else experiencing this?

(Windows 8 x64, using GameLauncher.exe)
