Actually, I'm pretty that line just meant the rewards were supposed to be handed out at December 5th.
IIRC, during the event, each time you bought something off the Cash Shop, a message would pop up displaying the amount of nx spent throughout the event. I remember buying RLH tickets on December 1st, and that message did not pop up.

I dunno, the wording suggests that they tracked purchases up until the 5th during the event (hence "total spent through December 5th")
I know that the event stopped giving Black Friday Coins for a while until it was extended.

No rewards were given out on the 5th, and they wouldn't give them out so shortly after the event ended anyway, since they would need time to check all the accounts to see who's worthy of which prize.

I think the November 30th end date was just for the cash items that could be bought with points.

Anyway, I still have hope!
