Well what else did you guys think would happen if nexon gave out free one hour 4x?
I bet they didn't think RED would bring so much people and since these events were planned a few weeks or even months ahead they can't just take them away and if they take down the servers to try to fix the lag(I remember they once did and iirc it didn't go well) they'll end up losing the people that just came back.
