Looks like we're getting the MSEA sengoku shop.

By crap I mean the lvl 30 set, lvl 100 set, 20% scrolls with 4 stat and 20% scrolls for weapons.

I would prefer MSEA's sengoku shop over GMS one anytime because Kuro set is basically a godsend for those who still cannot afford empress set (I mean if empress set in EMS is still overpriced like how it is now in MSEA), and it is pretty easy to get with all the sengoku coin events happening now. If you are observant enough, the lvl 30 and lvl 100 sets are originally KMS 10th Anniversary Maple White/Black Set, they just changed the name and the rest are being kept the same.
