Beginning of what I could catch: Rainbow Dash with a disgruntled looking Mrs. Harshwhinny. Asking the class for I believe who wants to be in the Equestrian Games.

Overall: 8/10. Some points were lost because I felt Rainbow Dash was unnecessarily fangirling. Kind of like how back in Season 1 when they aired two CMC episodes in a row and many didn't like that. The fangirl must be either contained or done in shorter bursts. Points also lost because Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon being total b'itches nearly ruining the CMCs and getting away with it.
Good parts: The CMCs, more or less. Their song, their Equestrian games performance.

Bad parts: Harshwhinny being harsher than usual (ahaha pun) when we saw her being at less stern
Dash fangirling too hard. Daring Do fangirling was enough for now. Now it was served with a side of cheese.
The bit'chy duo returning to cause emotional damage to Scootaloo and getting away with it
